My score is now 577. I found a home for 69,250. I need a loan to cover that plus down payment and closing costs included in the loan. Any loan officers out there willing to help?

Hi there,
Your credit score is not the best but there are other factors to consider ...like....can you make a downpayment....do you have any assets,......what documentation can you provide ...i.e full doc where you can give pay stubs or w2's or do you need a more reduced kind of documentation program? I work for one of the top 3 brokerage companies in the country www.1stmetropolitan.com my advice is free so please email me if you need anything and maybe I can help you with the best route to take. Good luck!

For this kind of loan your credit score is too low.I had the same credit score and they didn't allow me to buy stuff from Wick's on credit.
