Not feeling good?
I haven't been feeling good lately and i really don't know why. Nowadays i don't really want to talk to anyone i talk a little bit to my friends and my mom but noone else really. What makes me mad is when people mess with me. Today i got to english 3 class (im a junior) and when i was about to sit in my seat this other boy says "hey hey hey thats my seat!! We got new seats." And i didn't believe him because not that many people moved so i think he was lying so i sat down. Then he tried to knock my bag out of my hand and that just made me mad! I'm already not feeling good nowadays and now someone got to mess with me to make it even worse. How can i not let this bother me? And what is the problem with me? I'm just sick of people messing with me.

Golden Rule - Never allow anyone to take you for granted.. If they give you a **** and you take it, they will give more.. Just throw that back on them.. you will start feeling good and everything will be fine.. Remember. if you do not respect yourself.. no one will do.. so do not take the things tht evrything will be alright with some magic one day. start fighting for your self..

Finally, you do not love anyone more than yourself and what other say.. do not bother about them.

Bye.. Good Luck for your new challanges..

Abhi.

What your feeling is rather normal. Its mood swings caused by the hormonal changes of growing up. You maybe experiancing some depression as well which is also normal. What you need is an outlet for your feeling ideally someone to talk openly with whether a counsellor, a parent or a best friend. If this is not possible for you then perhaps writing a journal orpoetry as an outlet for your feelings. If your anger is overwhelming you you may need to consider anger management. Likewise if the depression worsens then a low dose anti-depression may help you so see your doctor. The main thing to remember is that your feelings arn't wrong or weird. Its a part of growing up and you just need to find ways to cope and adjust. You'll do fine

hey I know how you feel happens to me lots of times at school. but never let anyone know that these things affect you. people aren't really sensitive nowadays. or else you could always warn people not to mess with u. but that will make too many rivals so its better just to show you don't care.
