Have you tried the new severe acnefree kit. Its only around $25 but more than worth it.
I went through my teens with great skin then at 20 got hit bad. I couldn't get anything to faze it, and within a week of using that, my face cleared about almost completely. I love it and would never go anywhere else if my skin broke out again.
You could also not be cleaning your skin enough, or too much. Make sure you're doing what's right for your skin, because something should be working if you tried it all.
Also, go see a dermatologist. I bet you haven't done that yet. They can give you products you can't get over the counter that will reak havoc on acne like cheaper products can't faze.

The best thing to do is go to a dermatalogist. If your acne is really bad they can give you some things that is a bit stronger than your over the counter acne products. I had acne problems really bad and once I saw the doctor and started using the topical medications it cleared up completely in about 4 to 6 weeks. Good luck.

First of all, If you go to the dermatologist, all there going to tell u is to use something with bensoyll peroxide in it that's more than 2.5, i work a cosmetic counter and i've had alot of customers telling me that there dermatologist told them that, when i very well could of told them that for free. I wouldn't consider using proactiv i tried it myself and didnt work cause i needed something stronger. Clearacil sells acne medicen as high as 10% of bensoyll peroxide. That's the best thing to do. I hope this helped you out.

I have found the best thing to do is not to add things to your skin. Most do little more than irritate and make it worse. Wash 3 times a day with a good quality acne soap. My dermatologist recommended that bar soap is best (not bath soap though). Never put anything on your skin that does not say non comedogenic (does not clog pores).

Wash your face as much as possible.
Wash it with a facial scrub.
Steam your face (leave the shower running and stay in the shower)
Dont't add more make up
