I feel bothered and interfered by them that I often cannot feel well and comfortable where I am staying. The only other option is to move but that's a hassle. Like I hear loud thumping or banging noises from them which is a huge disturbance and annoyance. I have already moved one time because of problem with my neighbour... These people just seem to be everywhere and a bother to my life... !! Any advice or suggestions?

But my parents live in another country. These have interfered a lot in my life to the point that I can't even feel well or do well at work.. I just feel it's because it's too crowded and then the neighbours are nosy about you and that makes it even more crowded. Like there is this guy downstairs who came up to my apartment to install some things and he said that it is too quiet for him. I don't think that's even his business if it is too quiet or not and it has nothing to do with him either.. Why would he say it is too quiet for him?? What does it have to do with him and why would he say that?? Does he like me or what, you know..

I don't think it's even his business if it's quiet or not and what I want to do with my life. So what if it's quiet. Why he likes to interfere and tell people what to do and make loud banging noises?? My life and what I do with it is none of his business anyways...

Move back home with your parents and pay them the rent.

I live in a dorm (and I'm a Resident Assistant) and I constantly have this issue. You need to talk to your neighbors and let them know that the noises that they make (even though they may not know they are doing it) are an issue. Set up some guidelines.. no loud music after Midnight for example. I don't know if this will work for you or not, but in a residence hall it seems to work. Good luck!

you need to talk to your neighbors. If they are unwilling to listen, talk to the landlord/manager. If that doesn't help, then move.

I found the best thing to do is to check out where I want to move to, but not during the day (everyone's at work), but at night. just drive by and listen. If it's silent, it's ok (be sure to check on weekends also before you move)

They may be checking on what you have in your place, hide your valuables. Or, He may like you. Why not just talk to them (the neighbors) and see what they are like. Who knows, you may have some fun.
