Back in the 80's when a lot of folks were wearing Africa Medallions and large chains, he thought it would be kind of funny to wear a clock so that Public Enemy could tell the world what time it was. As the years progressed, the clock was his gimmick and that's how people identified Flav. Now, it's just pretty silly, but he's still leaving in the past thinking he's a big time rapper. Hope he looked at his record sells totals and realized he's better off making a fool of himself on tv cuz ain't nobody feelin' his songs!

Thats just him it always has been him but it started a trend when he first came out into rapping
