I believe it has to be a balance of both. If a guy is hot and a complete meat brain I wouln't give him a chance. But if a guy is all personality and nothing else it's the same deal.

it depends. i notice guys faster like at a dance or something from their looks but i dont go out with a guy just b/c of his looks. i go with their personality.

it depends on the night... lol there were nights where I would go out and get dressed up and I would get hit on a lot, and then there were the times when I was just hanging out with friends at the bar and it was my personality.
