The parameters they use to determine diabetes in a pregnant woman are not the same as someone who is not pregnant. A fasting blood sugar (morning) for someone who is pregnant should be no higher than 90. After eating (depending on whether you are to test after one hour, two hours, or both) it should not be higher than 120. The person that told you they have been diabetic and that's not right just doesn't know the guidelines for someone who is pregnant. I've had gestational diabetes with two of my pregnancies and had to go to the classes plus I am in the medical field and have learned the guidelines for someone who is pregnant and who is not. The only thing I see wrong with what you were told is what it should be after you had the drink. Normal is not 140 but with your fasting reading I would say that you do have it.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Gestational Diabetes guidelines are differtetn from "normal" diabetes. I think the ones your doctors office uses are teh most common and it does put you right at the mark. But here is another internatioonal set Ive just found. Hope all goes well!

My sugar levels where the exact same as yours when I was pregnant with my twins. Also my mother is a diabetic and her blood suger is higher than that. Being pregnant is a little different. I had to poke myself with insulin every night. I wouldn't worry your sugar levels are not bad. My kids turned out just fine. Just be lucky they don't have you on insulin yet.

No, that is not true. Whoever administered your test is a moron! I've been diabetic for 16 years. If you wake up in the morning and test your bloodsugar BEFORE YOU EAT and it is above 126, then you have diabetes. Otherwise, you do not. (Fasting Blood Sugar) Your nurse was an idiot.
