I am now 10 weeks pregnant and posted a question on here about having a stuffy nose but at the same time it being runny and sneezing alot like i have a cold BUT have no other symptoms, someone said that it sound like i have rhinitis of pregnancy (inflammation of the nasal passage) what i was wondering was is it normal for it to come one week then stop then come back a again out of the blue?
because I had what i thought was a cold last week but went away very quickly and now i seem to have the same thing if not worse, is it common around this stage of pregnancy? has anyone else had this preoblem with a stuffy but runny nose and it went away and came back a again out of the blue?

I am an asthmatic and for almost all of my pregnancy have cold like symptoms but seem to go away as fast as they arrive. I did have a cough one time but it went away as well. I think our bodies go thru so much even our nasal passages get affected. Have you asked your Dr? The bad thing is that you can't take much! Good luck!

Hey maybe thats whats wrong with me...havent stopped sneezing or feeling stuffy for weeks now (am 8 weeks) Ive just so got like really bad nasal congestion!! I thought I just had a long running cold...Goodluck, and I'll be reading all your answers now!!x

I am 28 weeks pregnant and am still having troubles with my nose. One day it will be stuffy, one day it will run other days both and soem days its fine so its all part of pregnancy. Look it up online if your really curious they also have alot of good books about what to exspect so you dont need to worry so much :)

talk to your doctore. No one on this site has mecical training to give you a correct answer. I COULD tell you that you have gas and maybe cancer...but will you belive me? I sure hope not. Talk to your doc ppl here just make stuff up to sound smart

i had the same thing around the same time it drove me nuts i thought i was having real bad allergies ( since it was around allergie season)
then for the rest of my pregnancy i got bloody noses alot
