ok, im testing a hypothosis, that your blood pressure will increase while taking a test. at COMPLETLY RESTING, i took my pressure, and it was 116/59. then every two minutes while taking the test, id take it and i got this: 122/73, 120/75, 120/72.
i DID NOT MOVE AT ALL WHILE TAKING THIS TEST< i only clicked the mouse. is this significant to try as a science fair idea?

Merely taking rest does not mean anything. Even the feeling to know what is happening and being anxious to know, may alter the pressure considerably. Calm and not thinking about anything and someone takes it when you are at rest like this, may give consistent results. Otherwise a small allowance will have to be given for which may vary +/- 5 in the diastolic pressure.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Your blood pressure is going to fluctuate like that because in the process of taking your pressure, you temporarily stop the flow of blood through the veins. The syphgmomanometer, measures the pressure once the flow of blood has been allowed to resume. The upper number or cystolic shows how hear your heart is working to pump blood through your system, the lower number or diastolic shows how well your heart is resting between beats.

Lots of other things will cause blood pressure to increase, some people's blood pressure goes way off the chart just because they are getting it checked at the doctor's office, while it is within normal ranges at home.

Sure, but you have a very small sample size as of now. Get more participants and get as many figures as possible.
