EXTREMELY over protective step dad!!?

I am throwing a pool party soon.(It's warm here for some reason) Anyway my friends are helping me plan it. He steps in(by the way he is my STEP DAD not my REAL DAD!!) Talking bout I can not play any songs with cursing or my faviorite song "sweet dreams" See my other question about that one. Or any "sexual" songs. I am not allowed to wear a two piece. I already got one he just don't know bout it. When we went shopping my mom showed it to me and he started talking about "how reviling it was". No slow dancing. Or a boy holding a girl or playing chicken scratch. My crush is gonna be there and he knows it. We plan to do all these things anyway. That isn't all. No rap no posters of male celebrities. I had to hide my rap CD's to keep him from destroying them. Same with my sisters. We had to literally HIDE them or he would break them up. No BET none of that!! We have to be home by 7:30. If I'm with a boy we have to keep the door all the way open! He walks in every now and then just to -c-

I'm not allowed to talk to any boys 2 years older then me!! My crush JUST turned 15 on New Years. No clothes that show our stomache or pants above our knees. No halter tops(which I used to wear regularly unlike some of the copy cats at my school who have nothing to keep them up with) No shirts with writing. NO BOYS. Like I have 2 other sisters(triplets) and we llloooovvveee attention from boys. Oh and one sister a year older and one a year younger. Say grace before we eat. And we have to let him READ OUR TEXT MESSAGING!! He completely lost it because my boyfriend now my ex left a comment saying "damn girl let me know when ya mamma not home so I can get over there and freak you" He has been here for 2 months and already is driving me crazy. My REAL dad is nothing like this!! He is so cool!

I'm sorry that he's bugging you crazy...I would say that you, your sisters, and your mom need to sit down and talk about EVERYTHING that's bothering you. Once you get your woman-to-woman talk and figure some things out, then (depending on your family situation) your mom can talk to your step-dad and figure things out, or it can be a big family discussion.

Yes, you will have to make a few compromises, but I guess that's just life. So, make the best of the life you have...and good luck.

I'll give you mine... I think your step-dad knows what is going on in the world. He knows how the guys are. He understands all the stuff that lures girls like you into acting too grown up. But you're not grown up yet. Be glad you are still 12 and enjoy it. Many girls your age grow up too fast and lose out on just being 12. The girls who grow up too fast wind up being burnt out by the time they are 19! They wind up looking 30 by then.

What is wrong with saying grace before meals? At least he is letting you know that you should be thankful to God for what you have. Never dis God.
By listening to "sexual" songs, revealing yourself, and having boyfriends at your age, you are sending a message to others. That will attract shallow minded boys into your life. (and there are a lot of them out there)
A lot of rap music degrades women and also makes girls like you look up to guys that degrade women. That is setting you up to become a stereotype. These kind of rap "artists" are just concerned about getting your money, they don't care if you mess up your life by acting like they do in their videos.
It seems like you are going to disobey him anyway, probably with your mom's approval.
From what you wrote, it seems that he wants you to be good and do good things, how is this bad? I think in the long run, you will see things clearly, maybe after you get into some kind of trouble because you chose to do "your thang" instead of honoring your step dad's wishes.
Do you mean to tell me that you don't need any guidance from a man who wants you to do good? That is love. A man who doesn't care about what you do does not love you.

He is only trying to protect you from harm. Maybe he's afraid that if he lets you do all this stuff that you seem to hate him for that you could end up raped, killed, or pregnant and he doesn't want that. Whether you like it or not he is in your lives not just your mom's life and since all of you are minors you have a duty to respect him and abide by his rules.
