Why do I have bumps on my skin and what are they?

There are a bunch of bumps like on my arms legs and thighs I want to know how to get rid of them and what they are.PLEASE HELP!!!

it could be ingrown hairs. and to fix that exfoilate and use a lot of lotion.

It's probable pimples.
