I used my ohm meter and find the pairs and number at random, 6-3, 5-2, 1-4, then I found my last 3 leads that showed continuity and number at random 7-8-9...then I wired the motor for 208 3ph as follows, 4-5-6- togethers,
then 7-1 for line 1, then 8-2 to line 2, and 9-3 to line 3, the motor it is not grounded and the leads are not open, m' I missing something or the motor it's not good?

It is wired right.Check the leads to ground to check and see if it is bad.If it is bad it will read a direct short to ground. To ground I mean a scratched off or unpainted spot on the motor housing.
