It's not all black and white.
However yes I do believe the FDA is in the back pocket of the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmaceutical companies are extremely greedy and are gouging the American public.
Funny how they can sell the same drugs for less worldwide and still make a profit there yet in the backyard of the FDA we pay many times more.

Yes there have been payoff to the FDA by the drug companies to get things approved you can be certain of that

yes if they were not,they would not hold pattents on medicine @ med.equip. phizer @ the other med gets tax dollars in way of grants / subsidies, why aren't the taxpayers shareholders ? i think intead of pattents, they should work of of royalties,and not 20 years later
