No, it isn't and many respected scientists don't think so either. Rather it is the natural warming and cooling of the Earth.
Further, I find it interesting and comical that you don't believe much of what the government says but, yet because you agree with it this time, you believe it. What makes you think that the government lies about almost everything else but this time they are telling you the truth>
