I was touched inappropraitely. what do i do?

i was on a school trip to florida over christmas break. on the way home, i had to sit next to a guy who i thought was nice. then we started heading home and i fell asleep. i woke up because i felt something touching me. i look over at him and he is touching my face, my hair, my hand and then he touched my butt. he is now telling all these people at my school that he is proud of the fact that he did that to me, and that he has no regrets what-so-ever. i talked to my one friend, and he told me not to tell a lot of people but i still dont know what to do. so far i have just been ignoring him but i want to find some other answers. please help!

Go to your teacher and complain. Then go to the principal. He will get some regrets and you won't feel so bad. Tell him that you are going to complain and tell your parents (that will get everyone involved in trouble including the school district, teacher, bus driver, principal, etc).

i had the same thing happen to me once and i actually let him get away with it, i regret not telling anyone. Now that i read what happened to you i remember for the first time in YEARS what even happened to me,lol. But if you don't tell anyone, you will regret it, trust me, i know the feeling, and at the moment its the worst. Tell a teacher you trust or your parents, better yet, the principal! The cops, w/e, anyone who is a professional adult, TELL. You never know if hes done this to someone else, and if he has, for your and all those others sake, you should definetly tell so he musn't do it to someone else, besides, next time he does do it to some one else, it could go farther than a touch on the face...don't get scared, show him you are brave and confident and you can beat the jerk at his game.

Have you tried telling the principle? I should tell you about my sister's story.
My sister was walking by this guy named Dalton. He grabbed her butt.
She turned around and told him to stop, that if he didn't, she was going to punch him.
Well, he didn't stop. She warned him a second time.
He did again, and she turned around and punched him REALLY hard.
The next day, his pupil was red. He would get right in front of her and say, "Is my eye still red?"
She would say,"Yes, and it will never heal if you don't get out of my face."
That's a funny story, and I believe everyone should punch a guy that does that to them. The teacher sent her to the office, and the principle told her to apoligize.
She refused to do so, and she got detention.
That's unfair, right? Just see if your principle will do anything about it.
If he doesn't, tell your parents 'cause I believe that guy should get in huge trouble for what he did. He's just a pervert and quite frankly, sick for doing such a thing when you're sleeping.

By all means go straight to the authorities!! Tell your parents, a guidance counselor, a teacher...the principal! DO NOT let him get away with that. You were taken advantage of, nobody has the right to touch you!!

If you Don't feel comfortable talking to anyone in school about it such as the principal, then definitely tell someone at home RIGHT NOW! You should not let this go on any further. Tell your mother or father about it tonight and I promise you they will deal with it in the morning.

You need to Tell a teacher/counselor at your school. Something similar happened to me when I was in school(4years ago) and they told the guy that I could file a sexual harassment charge on him and I would win. Then when my boyfriend found out he grabbed the guy and threatened him(I don't recommend that) But the guy never even looked at me again. Tell someone. Please don't let this boy get away with this and allow him to do it to another girl.

Well for one you should go to the principa and tell him what happened to you. Because if you don't whenever he sits next to you or someone else he will keep doing it. And what a friend you have telling you not to tell. Well I would that guy needs to be stopped now not another time when he does it again. you should report this to someone at the school, after all it was a school function. and you wouldnt want it to happen to someone else , and if not reported and this person gets by with it, it will happen again and might be worse next time, and then you would feel bad, so yes report the person. You have rights and one of this is not to be touched unless you want to be, but that one was very uninvited.

if this was a school trip go immediately to the principal. that is ridiculous for some punk little boy to be doing that to you, and if he did that to you then he's probably done that to other girls that may not even know it. turn him in as soon as you can!
