Way down in the very bottom of Texas in what the locals call "the valley". It is popular with the snowbirds. It is by Harlingen and Brownsville and near Padre Island. I am hoping to go at the end of February.

Mcallen is in far south Texas on the border. Its located west of Brownsville, which is on the very tip of Texas.
