I make myself get up early (5:30 am) I get 4 kids ready for school and take them there by 8am. Go to the gym and then spend the day running errands and doing housework. Most days I'm ready for bed at 9:30pm (sometimes AM) but force myself to go lay down at 10pm. I also refuse to take naps during the day.

A brisk evening walk for about half an hour and an early supper will get you to bed by around 10 pm.

Maybe you should go to bed at 3am BUT wake up at about 6 in the morning and don't take any break or anything.
That'll probably make you sleepy and make you go to bed earlier.

If you watch your soda intake in the evening, that might help. You may (and this is scary) have to set your alarm for a reasonable time in the morning, that way you will be tired at an earlier time at night. Do it gradually so it doesn't seem so hard.

finish early on what your doing,focus on whats important and what isnt, ect.
