Hi
Find my answers below.
1) A hotel that has oversized tubs (preferably 4-5 star hotel)
I recommend u to stay at
- Istana Hotel (Istana means palace in malay & the decor more like a malay palace)
- hotels Near Bukit Bintang Area.. (lots of hotels 5 star i can't name all) -- this is the best choice looking at the fact that its very near to all the interesting shopping areas in KL.
2) Vegetarian Cooking classes
I dont think u have time for this.
3) Best Beaches near tropical rainforest or jungle areas
Langkawi Island - Its a small island north of Malaysia.
Lots of nice beaches & tropical rainforest (waterfall etc2)
Take a flight via MAS or Airasia.
4) Great resorts in these beach areas
Berjaya Beach Resort (been there 9/10 marks)
Pelangi Beach Resort (been there 6/10 marks)
Four Season Resort (never been - among the most expensive ones)
Tanjung Rhu Resort (been there 9/10)
4) Best Vegetarian Restaurants in KL and beach areas
If you are staying at Bukit Bintang areas there is no problem with vegetarian food.
Quite hard to find one near the beach areas.
5) Best places to shop for cheap but great art and clothing
Petaling Street (Cheap clothing & most of it replica's)
Central Market (Malaysia Art & gallery cheap as well)
6) What is the weather like at the end of Feb-March all over Malaysia?
Nowdays the weather is not consistant.
I can say that the weather warm, raining & humid.
Well... hope u have a great honeymoon here..
Good Luck..

You're not overreacting. This is your honeymoon and, by many people's standards, should be private (seems that's what you want, anyway). If your husband must meet up with his friends, it should happen after or before your honeymoon, without any compromise to the time your spouse spends with you. You should really discuss with your husband what your priorities are on this issue because it could lead to resentment between the both of you. Good luck!

I'm afraid there's no beach in Kuala Lumpur. The nearest is port dickson (PD), like 1 to 2 hours drive from KL depends on traffic condition
Penang would be the best to fulfil your needs - city, beaches, tropical rain forest beach (Pantai Kerachut National Park), cheaper shopping, good food.
Wheather - it's summer all year long. Feb-Mar good time for travelling. will be a little dry until Apr.
Go to Penang!

'Annalakshmi' is a good veg. restaurant located at Mid Valley Megamall, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. If you do decide to travel to Langkawi Island , stay at the Tanjung Rhu Resort. Great place with a nice beach.

I suggest you take a trip to Redang island... the accomodations are great and the snorkeling packages are awesome. Very friendly people!
From KL you may get a plane ride to Kuala Terengganu, then depending on your tour package, you have the option of a return airport pick-up and transfer to the jetty. You may also ride a bus, it'd take around 7hrs though, inclusive of all the stops.
It's gonna be worth it! Enjoy!

i agree with Bo$$. Penang would be a great choice, but at the moment its rainy season and floods everywhere and Penang is targeted as one of the flood areas as well. So just be carefull when you are at the beaches (no matter where in Malaysia) for the sea is rough

Best if you stayed away from the beaches for some time cause its rain and flood season now, unless, you want to have a wet honeymoon. Lol! That sounds romantic though! Cheers!
p/s: bring along your marriage cert.
