They have to beat New England this week (a formidable offense with a decent defense) and probably Baltimore next week (a formidable defense with a decent offense). If they can do that, they will go to the Super Bowl. Those will be two tough games, but they have a good chance because they have home field advantage because they have the best record in the AFC (14 wins 2 losses). They also have the MVP of the NFL on their team (LaDanien Tomlinson), who can run, receive, block and pass. He is an all-around player. Nevertheless, their quarterback, Rivers, will have to be on his game, because both New England and Baltimore will try to shut down LT. If he doesn't get at least 100 yards rushing, San Diego will probably not win.

13-2 and have a great chance of going to the superbowl with the MVP LT and a defence that is playing amazing and also have homefield advantage threw out the playoffs.
