I usually do a brake check or swerve the car a little and they back off.

Yah, i mean who doesn't? My mom told me a story that she and her friends were on the highway and they went a 100 mph, and no one was on the road, this is in the late 60s early 70's and they'd let their foot off the gas pedal and see how far they could go, talk about fun times. . .
