Ha, I bet you either have homework or money earning work that requires you to provide these answers, and your trying to offload it to volunteers like me. Good luck.
How bout this:
In Australia, several companies are moving their telemarketing call centres off shore as a result of innovations in technology that allow voice calls to be transmitted via the internet to anywhere in the world, so millions of poor Indian people are now sitting in buildings hooked up to machines that allow them to hear customer complaints, and give the corporation cheap, reliable labour. It is called VOIP, and all that is needed is the device and access to the internet. No call charges, no flagfall, no time limit, free to use for everyone, free for business to abuse and exploit.
As a result, thousands of well paying jobs in Australia are disappearing, with well trained salespeople being forced on the streets in an already flooded market of salespeople. And since sales is easy if you have the right training, noone wants to now start doing harder, lower paying work that involves getting off your **** and finding your own damn story, writing it, supporting it with a news article, and submitting it to the boss, so they farm it out to volunteers like me who will gladly do the work for you in exchange for a few monetarily worthless Y!A points.
