I don't know what it could be. Over 85% of the men in the world, including me, are not circumcised, and I haven't heard of this before. Has his foreskin retracted so the glans is exposed all the time? If so, he should try to massage it back in place over the glans. It is normal for th foreskin to retract during an erection, but it should go back over the glans when the penis is flaccid.

Good luck to him - and you.

I'm uncircumsized, but the foreskin slips easily over the head of my penis. So, it doesn't hurt. I'm only guessing, but for some men, the hole in the foreskin is small, so it isn't so easy to uncover the head of the penis. In that case, when you get an erection, it might stretch the foreskin, making it more sensitive. I recall when I was a kid, and I masturbated too long, the foreskin became sensitive. It went away in a day or two. Maybe it's similar???

No, but dryness makes it hurt any man. Also the head gets chafed easily. Maybe next time try a lubricant
