there is no "good" time she can fall pregnant at any time of the month and she does not necessarily have to have her period for you to be safe either. Maybe she should go to the doctor and go on the pill or something which will regulate her period and at the same time she is using a form of contraceptive. Good Luck

I don't get my period regularly at all and I thought it would be hard to get pregnant but I got pregnant really easy. I've learned that when you dont have your preiod on a regular cycle you never know when you are ovulating so you never know when is a good time to get pregnant and my dr. told me basically I could get pregnant at any time. I was not aware of this. I had unprotected sex a few times and got pregnant.....Oh when I did get mine it was usually at the end of the month as well and I conceived the first week of the following month after my period ended at the end of the month.....hope everything goes your way.

I had the same problem through my teenage years. I would only get my period a few times a year and I thought that made it harder to get pregnant.....no, it doesn't. I am now bearing my 3rd child and still have irregular periods. Always use protection if you don't want pregnancy to be a result. My husband and I had sex 6 times before I found out I was pregnant with this child. 2 of the six times were unprotected.......you do the math. It only takes once. Good luck to ya.

There is no good time to have unprotected sex. I too have really odd cycles thanks to Depo-Provera but tried for several years to get pregnant...I was still "not regular" and only having three to four periods a year when I got pregnant...
So, use a condom or some other reliable form of birth control.

this is a questions that needs to be answered by her physician. there are alot of factors that can influence a female's cycle. too little information and this is not really the right place to get information about something so personal. i am an RN and i can safely tell you that some of the reasons could be medicine she is on, is she taking birth control, is she under stress? once bloodwork is done, her doctor can help regulate her. one bloodtest for sure is a hormone level. age plays a factor, tho i am guessing she is young. good luck!

If you don't want to get her pregnant, use a condom. I have the same problem she does, (I always have) and I was able to get pregnant. (I'm married and I wanted to get pregnant. I have two kids now.)There's NO WAY to tell whether or not she's ovulating. Use protection.
