Since some fans are on people left in foot for not caring for her in many ways I want to know why some people do not care for her?

Assuming you mean Angelina Jolie...I don't really find her acting very good, and I don't find her very attractive. I'm also not thrilled with her tattoos, her many marriages, or her agnosticism.
That said, that's par for the course for Hollywood, and as Hollywood stars go, she's got a lot of good points - her charity work, her bringing adoption into the spotlight, and her respect for other cultures.
Mostly when I hear about her I shrug and go on with life. There are far more offensive stars to hate, like say Tom Cruise. :) But there are also more interesting celebrities to care about...

they're jealous. that's the only reason. they want to be just like her. so much that it makes them hate. & females hate her because their men want her. ;)
