Apollonius of Tyana had studied about Lord Krishna in the Himalayas and then he returned and introduced these teachings to the Essenes, who became the first "Chrishn-ins", later Christians. The writings of Apollonius were re-written and plagurized by Roman churchmen at the Council of Nicea three centuries later.

In the fourth century, A.D., Hierocles accused the Christian priesthood of this plagury and of INVENTING a messiah by combining the name of the sun god, Iesus, with the name Chrishna, which had become corrupted to Christ by that time.

For example, in the birth story of both Lord Krishna and Jesus, the king ordered the death of all newborn male children. Also, both grew up as shepards, or cowherd boys.

The story of Jesus was plagurized from the life of Krishna.

I humbly request that all of the Christians out there study and compare the life of Krishna and Jesus, at the website below.

There are many myths that probably contributed to Jesus. The persian legends of Mithra, the Sumerian tales of Gilgamesh, Buddhist philosophy and Hindu traits all show up in quotes and tales attributed to Jesus. So much so, that many theologians believe that Jesus spent his early adulthood in India studying those philosophies.

By the way, the literal translation of Joseph's and young Jesus's vocations is "day laborer". While "rough" carpentry may have been performed from time to time, the word used to describe their vocation more closely describes an itinerant worker, most likely doing stone work for walls and roads or other odd jobs. Nazereth was a very small and poor town.

That was an interesting story. However, weren't the Christians first named in Antioch around 60 AD? Wasn't the books of the old and new testaments written by 90AD long before the Council of Nicea? Didn't Jesus grow up as a carpenter's son, not a shepherd? Also, didn't Jesus prove He was God in the flesh (Immanuel) by rising from the dead? Wasn't his birth foretold long before Hinduism or its polytheistic stories were invented? How can you compare the Lord Jesus Christ with a myth? He alone lives forevermore as Savior. He alone will return as King of kings and Lord of lords. I humbly encourage you to consider embracing the love and forgiveness only found in Jesus because false gods will get you no where in this life or the next.
