I've had a layout ready to go and be uploaded for almost a year now. The only thing is, I don't know how to splice the layout and make it fit as a regular php layout. I did the layout in Photoshop, and it's a very large resolution, so it should be easy enough, but I simply do not know how to code it into php, and I don't have the time with college and work to learn either. If anyone could please help me, it would be greatly appreciated. I'll even pay you if you want. Thank you so much!
