This program changes my main webpage without permission, redirects my searches so I am unable to search the web using anything but Ask.com. I have tried to rid my system of it using Norton, No Adware, CounterSpy, SpywareBot, and Spyware Blaster. All which, by the way, told me it would get rid of it, all which I have paid for and have gotten 0 results from. Can anyone offer me any help on this matter without me having to purchase any more anti-spyware or anti-hijacking products?

It is always better to depend on system restore so that un- identified errors are undone with out affecting the basic operating system. I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html.
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

Have you installed any toolbars lately? Uninstalling them may help.

Assuming that is not the problem, try using HijackThis. It is free, and a lot of people swear by it.

Here's the url:
http://www.merijn.org/programs.php#hijackthis

If that url doesn't work, you can try http://216.180.233.162/~merijn/ , or search on ask.com for the program.

Note that HijackThis brings up everything that looks at all suspicious -- so you need to be careful not to remove something you actually want. The program's author put together a quick little guide to help you make your decisions:

Do a system restore on your computer. That will reset it back to the way it came form the factory.

system restore may work, figure out what day the problem started and restore back to the day before the problem started and see if that works, good luck
