I would really like to purchase some kind of notepad to make drawings of clothing and fashion but I would like the paper to already have body outlines on them. I can draw clothes but not people! Does anyone know if there is something like this available?

you don't really need to draw people...
you just make your design and then give a couple more lines to indicate legs, head, arms...
if you want to go into fashion design, you will have to work on your drawing skills. it will help you a lot!

figure outlines are very important when drawing a finished design so you can see/show exactly how it will fit around the body. i know you can get these sketchbooks but why not try and make your own? for a project i once traced a few figure outlines out of a fashion book, photocopied loads of them and made a book. easy and effective
