How do you get to Pacficlog Town in pokemon sapphire???

I want to get the regis but i don't know where Pacficlog Town is.

there is a town on the bottom right of the map, with water falls, i think its called evergrande city

go there and surf west (to the left) until you get to pacifidlog town

also, pacifidlog town has nothing to do with the regis locations or obtaining of the regis, that's further west of pacifidlog town, easier to get to by dewford
