i have been wondering this since i started watching the show because it acts somewhere between a boy and a girl. more like a boy though. please post your sources.

He's a he. I don't know the working title but it's where Inuyasha and Sango were under a spell the flea demon put on them and Inuyasha hit on Shippo!! Classic! Shippo was screaming that he wanted his first time to be with a woman! It's one of my fave episodes.

I remember everyone in the group referring to Shippo as a boy.

If you check out when shippou first made his apperance you'll see that they refer to shippo as he or him.

He is a boy. Its not that hard to tell. Plus he is a fox demon, so a better term would be male.
