Assuming that you're asking a legitimate question and not making a less than facile comment about politics, the term for the end-point within a black hole is "singularity". This is defined as infinite density within a space comparable to the Planck length. Actually, no one is precisely certain what composes the matter at this point as the event horizon defines an impermeable barrier to information.

It could be called quantum matter. It's completely chaotic and does not follow the rules of known physics. I'm doing more research and strange matter or quark matter may or may not be a different name for the same thing, but I'll get back to you. Dark matter came up too, many different types. I'm going with quantum matter, final answer.

Many people question the viability of a black hole.
There is no proof that they exist so you may have to call it nothing.
If it could exist any matter would be squeezed out of existence.
