Will there ever be an end to Law Making?

Everyday the Local councils, Goverment and the EU churn them out. Will it ever end? My father in Law has a small company and struggles to comply with the weekly load of EU regulations. I'm depressed finding Westminster council are going to charge Motorbike parking.

I think there should be a Law against too many Laws.....agreed?

Well heck they or you can change anything if you put your mind to it-but only do it for the betterment of the society
