Keep it in your pants or keep your legs closed. You suck if you do anything with someone other than your spouse.

Yes your right CRAZY!! Why would you take the chance of losing the only person who"s been able to deal with you for10 years? I've been marriedfor almost 10 years and my husband and i are going through something like this but the thought that he can make love to me on a daily basis sometimes more, and then be with someone else really messes with your head. If your wife never talks to you again it's too soon!

I can understand your feeling. For most of us, it is human nature. Having said that, I think that the only right way to handle this is to discuss it with your spouse, if they are open-minded, because you may both be feeling this way and be able to come up with a plan that suits you.
If your spouse is not an open-minded perosn, you may need to keep it quiet and gather support in therapy. I would not talk to friends or neighbors about it because even the best of the bunch will tell at least their very close and personal friend and one person is all it takes....
Good Luck.

If you want to have sex with someone else, talk to your spouse, maybe you can experience it together.
