Generally I wear shorts and a tee shirt. I am only naked for "fun time" with the Mrs. After which we must don the PJ's cause one of the kids will be stopping by in the middle of the night for a visit.
I kind of defer to Seinfeld on the naked thing, there is good naked and bad naked. I would be considered bad naked so PJ's it is.

I sometimes sleep naked, when I know I'm alone. Since I just got a roommate that has to go through my room to get to the bathroom, I wear something just in case I'm poking out of the sheets.

I would prefer to be naked,but with 3 children,that's not always possible so I wear silk nighties.
