Do gays hurt our civilization?

I'm sorry i'm a big homophob, and i'm honest about.

But it's really scary when you think about it. i think gays are just as dangerous as terrorist. Usally, things get destoried from the inside out.

What if my kid turns gay?
Will gay people repopulate?
Why is this gay stuff really booming now?

I'm sorry you are homophobic,but I assume it has to do with your up bringing.
I'm also sorry for the way a lot of gay people have treated your question. If you are honestly homophobic ,then I can understand why you would be scared with the way things are going. But I also think that if you have a gay child you may become more understanding but I sure hope you don't it is not an easy life. Not for the gay child or the parents.
I am sure gays will not repopulate ,at least not by themselves.
As pointed out earlier most all gay people have straight parents.
I too hope will this gay thing stops booming out, I hope it all slowly becomes mostly normal.
I am not appreciate of the way you compare gays and terrorist.
But I do agree with you saying that "things get destroyed from the inside out" mostly. The same thing goes for wounds ,they heal from the inside out. Keep trying to get your questions answered and keep being honest with yourself and others about who you are.

To the first question, NO.

Homosexuals are just another facet of what we call life. They never have nor will they pose a threat like you insinuated. A homosexual person desires to have sexual relations with a person of the same sex. Period. There is no proof that this can be considered a threat.

If you child turns out to be a homosexual, they still are you child and as a parent you should love them as always and accept the fact that they are a homosexual. It really is no big deal.

Granted homosexuals cannot conceive together, but they can through other people. And with the way the world is growing, there never will be a shortage of humans.

As far as you last question, the percentage wise, that population of homosexuals is still at the same percentage as it always was give or take a half a percent. It is only because of Gay Rights (a good thing) and the media like the internet and TV, it seems that there are more homosexuals than before.

But you know what? What's the big deal? A human is a human no matter who they sleep with. Homophobia is just a state of the mind.

2.) Obviously gays cannot repopulate, but there are always going to be straight people.
3.) Homosexuality isn't "booming" any more now than it was 1,000 years ago. It's just that today, people are not as afraid to "come out of the closet" as they were in the past.

Note: Homosexuality is normal and has been around as long as heterosexuality. It does not hurt civilization, in fact it helps civilization by keeping the population under control. The only way it hurts civilization is when someone can't accept that they are gay and they end up marrying the opposite sex, they have kids, and then realize that they are gay. At this point, they are hurting their husband and/or wife and their kids. If people would accept their sexuality before marriage, they wouldn't have to put themselves and their families through that.

How to hell can a guy having sex with another guy or a woman having sex with another woman be as dangerous as a terrorist? Terrorists are evil people that blow buildings up. Gays are people that like the same sex. There is nothing common between the two.

What if my kid turns gay?: Accept and love him/her. They're still your child, nothing can change it. If you were so afraid of your child being gay, you should have kept it in your pants. People that actually ask this question, in my opinion, don't deserve to have children.

Will gay people repopulate?: People are working on giving gay men artificial utero, ovaries, all that stuff so that they can have biological children. And gay women go to sperm banks all the time.

Why is this gay stuff really booming now?: Because, people are a little less ignorant. Hopefully, the numbers of ignorant people will go down, so that people aren't afraid to be themselves.

As long as a person or group of people is not harming anyone else, I do not think they hurt civilization at all. Terrorists, murderers, rapists, robbers, muggers, burglars, and thieves do harm to others, and that hurts civilization. Gay people are not any more harmful than someone from a different culture, and both gay people and those from different cultures contribute to civilization and society as a whole.

If you are not gay, then don't have sex with men. Just because it seems unnatural to you doesn't mean that having sex with someone of the opposite gender doesn't seem unnatural to us. Just because we are different in that aspect doesn't mean we can't respect our differences and get along with one another.

If your kid is gay, he/her is still your kid (keep in mind 99.9% of gay people had straight parents).

Gay people can become parents, but just as in straight couples the large majority will be straight.

The gay stuff isn't really booming, it is just that gay people aren't lying to other people and being honest by saying that they are attracted to the same gender.

what if my kid turns gay, well that's up to you, if your loving and caring and can put aside and religious or bigoted views about gays and lesbians then you should accept him no matter what. but again its up to you. no one is forcing you to accept him. but eh if any mom or dad couldn't accept there son or daughter being gay then they really never where a mom and dad in the first place. True loving and caring parents will accept you no matter what decisions you make.

Well i take it your not very educated on scientific research, there are numerous ways of impregnating women without the use of sexual contact from a male penis.

Societies are becoming more educated and more open minded on the issues of living with gays and lesbians and just getting along with us, so its more easier for us to come out since we know the homophobes are losing there battle of hatred ;D

I really want to have a good, level-headed conversation with a homophobe (is that possible?). I want to know- why do you think gays are just as dangerous as terrorists? Honestly, I really want to understand. Is it a religious thing? Are you worried about how our population will procreate? I'm just trying to understand.

Gay stuff is not booming, human rights and acceptance in general is booming. Your children wont turn gay, they either are or they arent. Dangerous as terrorists? Let me laugh...why? Did we kill someone? As far as I am concerned straight guys commit hate crimes and attack gays constantly. How are things "destroyed"? Did a gay person attack a family or corroded it? We leave you people alone, we just want to live our life with respect and you chase us around like flies. Which planet are you from? And speaking about civilisations, ancient Greece which had a great civilisation and came up with democracy, maths, geometry,astronomy and many other things we still use in the present was open to homosexuals and accepted them. Alexander the Great was homosexual too. While Greeks were thriving and suffered from high cholesterol, your ancestors were eating nuts, and carving stones. So dont speak about civilisations pls.

HELLO! GLBT people have been around this is not a recent thing. People would hide it back in the 30's,40's,50's for fear of rejection from society. People are born this way and there will always be gay,straight,bi people around so accept it. Terrorist? No we are happy sparkly people :)
