What game is better on xbox live online mode mode? I already have have call of duty 3, but Gears of war looks like it could be fun in online mode. Which game has better online play?

It depends on what kind of on-line your talking about.
The Co-op campaign for GoW is awesome. But the on-line multiplayer is limited to 4 people per team. That takes some of the fun out of it. While on Call of Duty 3 you can have up to 24 people in a multiplayer game and that ia really fun. So it just depends.

Well Gears has the funnest long lasting online expirience.... you will be working your way trying to get ever achivement you can get:
ie Is it a Spider?-100tags... The Money Shot-100 head shots
---Also trying to work your way through the ranks is very fun... And the game in general... no game can compare... except Oblivion i fu**ing love that game :P :P
Now Call of Duty is fun as well but not nearly as fun... there are less people playing.... and although 20v20 matches are the shi*... it just doesn't stack to Gears....
You should definately get Gears... it has better online

well i havent played Call of Duty 3 yet, but Gears of War is ******* awesome. online mode is badass
