I am looking for the name of a game with a little red dot character..on the beach..i think it's 7 dot...help?

little red dot-man on the beach...he walks over a bridge...he shoots at crabs. does anyone know? i used to love this computer game but i cannot locate it now. please help!!

that sounds suspiciously like a game i used to have on sega called "cool spot" - the red spot from the 7up soda can

man, that was such a great game, and apparently won many awards

it was released for DOS in 1994
