Does anyone know how it works if you have been on probation for Dui's and you complete the probation, but you have had 3 and your state (MO), says you can't get a license for 10 years. I know there are states that have lesser penaltys. So if you move to one of those states, will they go by their requirements in issueing a drivers license? Or will they not let you have one for 10 years also? Be aware this is an awful thing my family is going through, and this man needs to work, so the sooner he gets the means the better. He feels awful and is now looking for the best way to keep supporting his family. So I guess what I am asking is If your DUI is 2 years old, and MO says nope till 10 years, and the penalty in say FL is only 1 year loss will you be clear? Thanks!

No, you cannot get it back in ANY state until the 10 years in Missouri passes. You can't get it back for 8 years, no matter where you live. All states follow this same rule.
