my ipod screen was frozen and i didnt have time to fix it because i was going to school. so when i came back it had turned off. so i just decided to charge it. but when i plugged in usb cord and did all the stuff you need to do . it still wouldnt work what should i do.

This used to happen to my husbands ipod all the time. We took it in to the apple store and they did something to it. It hasn't happened since. I don't know what the problem is but they can fix it for you.

my ipod has done this twice. it's really annoying.

you'll have to set it back to factory settings. this means all your music will be erased from the ipod, but as long as all your music is still on itunes it will go back on afterwards.

hold down the middle button and the menu button at the same time until you feel it restart. it should work after that. if not, take it to the apple store to have it sent in and fixed.

all you have to do is slide the hold button over once then back and hold in the center button and the menu button at once it should restart and you dont have to restart all the setting ....atleast with mine...hope that helped <3

Press the hold button or call apple. make sure it is fully charged
