Well for one your best friend shouldn't be the only friend you have. And also have you tried calling her or talking to her. Normally it doesn't take very only for true friends to get back into sysnic. But seems like the both of you really don't like each other anymore. But life goes on and you need to move on and not think about nothing but getting up int eh morning and enjoying the day. Well whenever you feel sad or lonely don't think about suicide or crying yourself to sleep IM me anytime. I will be here to be your friend always.

YOu have to love yourself. If you don't no one else will. Think about it ur depressed and ur friend is out having a good time. You need to get outta that state of mind and find things that you like to do go out with others have yourself a good time. You can not let anyone come in and still your pride. If you commit suicise your no hurting her your hurting yourself and your family. Go out find new friends. Friends will come and go just like men but you can not let that stop you from living your life at all. That just means that she was not a good enough friend for you. There is another friend out there for you who will be there for you thru thick and thin let her go just like she let you go. She is not the last person on earth we only live once so go out and enjoy ur life.

I'm up there with you
Ever since my friend and I had a fight (6 months ago)
I've been in depression
I just hang out with friends.
Im actually trying this new tmw...
trying to get out of the house more...
Not just IM ing and talking on the phone...but out of the house
Im testing it tmw and I hope it lifts my spirits.

Get out and around other people, somewhere you can start new friendships and enhance your life, such as going to the gym, joining a running team or a hobby group. you'll have less time to think about what your missing when you are having so much fun with other people. It may be difficult at first but you'll ge through it.

watever u do do not even conceter suicide please its just a waste and a terrible thing to do if u keep thinking about it and r still depressed talk to a parent or doctor your friend most have meant a lot to u if u r so upset over it just make some new friends and be around them a lot it really helps to be with fiends when your depressed nouthing picks u up better also just listen to soem music that always cheers me up (nothing sad ,cheerful music)

Just look at the people who have dis-abilities then you will know you are better than those unlucky ones. Then look around for people who have the same frequency match. I think thats the way to get out of depression and hang out with people who share same interests and hobbies

Well Molie, let me tell u that I was in a situation just like yours. Erase her/his email address or any other contact info, toss all pixs, phone numbers...etc. and then try to deviate your thoughts activities to new stuff. If she or he was the guilty party on your fight, then its easier cause everytime this person comes up on your thoughts just remember how lucky you are not having that person around you anymore. You are way more woth it. :) Take it one day at a time.

you can not think in suicide that is no the solution it would be better if you visit a psychology or someone, you can make plans with the people who is around you, i think you are very young to finish with your life you have to enjoy it and thank because you have it

You should best do sports of any kind ..u know sports like jogging or even walking , help body to regain its spirits .try it and u will find a very good result .Also , u can do something u really like e.g dancing ....etc
