The upper class commit the most crime and get away with it because they have control of most of the institutions anyway. Statisically if you look at the likes of Enron etc you will see a pinch of the iceberg. Its a conspiracy. Look and you will find the evidence, I wish there was a real investigative journalist who had the balls to look into these people, but sadly they are all a r s e lickers and bow down to these rich folk who own they company they work for anyway.

It is hard to answer that, people from lower classes are those who tend to get caught, people who are well off are usually well educated and tend to go about comitting 'white collar' crimes which are done in a sophisticated way that they dont get caugh, however, a heroin addict is not bothered about being caught when commiting crimes as long as they have somthing to sell on to get their next hit. Going from prison statistics, over 50% of our prisons are taken up by young black males from poorer back grounds, theres lots on the internet, do a full search

I'm sure it varies in each state in the USA but my guess would be the lower class commits most violent crimes. And the middles and upper commits white collar money embezzling Martha Stewart type crimes no statistics sorry just my guess.

All social classes commit crimes. That is why they have classified different kinds of crimes like white collar crimes and blue collar crimes. Some crimes are committed against persons, some against the state or gov't., some crimes are against humanity, some are against morality and public decency. It's a difficult question to ask without further clarifying the parameters you want.
Maybe we should ask which social class often get caught and punished for crimes committed?

Answers; 'The Criminal Class.'
95.05% of Crimes are committed by Criminals.
4.05% are either Canadians or Scott's who've slipped back across the border and fail to get caught.
The remaining 4.05% of the Criminal Class do not commit the (present day) crimes as they are already in jail.
There is also an undisclosed percentage of criminals who have 'unofficially' retired and therefore cannot be included in these statistics.
Mr Anon (above details are totally bonefida and leaked from totally Bonifido & 'Official' sauces)

Tool pretty much sums up the "problem" with your question (since you want it so precise). However, if you just want a general idea, I can tell you that some crimes are independent of social class or ethnicity, e.g. domestic violence and sexual violence. Others, for obvious reasons, are much more predominant in low income classes, e.g. armed robbery. And some more common among the rich: embezzlement, for example.

The rich capitalist - They use resources regardless of availabilty. They have no limit to the money they spend. Sometimes they resort to cheap labour. All the rich I have heard about are not very clean.
