I told people I was mad once. I also told them that I liked to set fire to things. 5 years later they released me from an inpatient psychiatry unit. So, in my experience, I would suggest you keep it to yourself.

I am guessing that you are not talking about normal feelings... if you are mad or sad for no reason and your moods change a lot then yes, you should tell someone.
You need to know that this is nothing to be ashamed of AT ALL! This could be happening for many reasons! I could be hormone related, it could have something to do with nutrition or you could have a bit fo depression. No matter what it is, it happens all of the time and to more people than you realize.
You should speak to a doctor about this and they will be able to tell help you figure out why this is happening to you and help you to correct it.

Absolutely! I am not a person with medical training but if you feel that something is wrong definitely share. First of all, it makes you feel you are not alone but the most important thing is it could be symptomatic or not of a more serious condition. I know, I was recently diagnosed with a vitamin b12 deficiency, and mood swings, memory loss were just a few of the symptoms before I got treatment.
Good for you that you realize something is going on...that is the first step. Good Luck

It is if u can deal with these emotions. If u are having a hard time dealing with them then yes u need to talk or tell someone. You should have someone u can talk to anyway. If u don't then find professional help.Good luck

Don't be scared. Everyone feels mad or sad sometimes. Definately go talk to someone. Your parents or syblings if you can. Otherwise a teacher or coworker or friend. Turn to someone you know you can trust. And don't worry you'll be fine. We all have these kinds of troubles sometimes.

TELL SOMEONE who can help you find help if you need it, and who will know if you need it. Go to a teacher you respect, a priest or minister, or a good friend with good sense. DO NOT WORRY that you are 'going crazy' though, because being mad or sad is NOT 'insanity' ... but it could be Bi-Polar Syndrome, which is a MEDICAL problem that needs both medication and some therapy. DO IT NOW!!!

Yes, you should mention it to your physician. It's really important to talk to someone if you can't get to your doctor. Do you ever think about hurting yourself or someone else? If so, then yes, it might be that you have a hormone imbalance and you might need a mild medication to fix that. Don't be scared, there are so many people out there today with so many problems. It's the solution part that you need to stay focused on, not the problem.

I WOULD RATHER TELL SOMEONE, THEN KEEP IT LOCKED UP IN SIDE MY HEAD. I WOULD BE STRESS FREE AND I
WOULD AT LEAST HAVE SOME FEED BACK ON WHAT EVER
MY SITUATION IS AT THAT TIME. THE ONLY PERSONS, I
HAVE TO TALK TO IS MY TWO DAUGHTERS ONE IS 22 AND
THE OTHER IS 10 YEARS OLD. AS YOU KNOW THE 10 YEAR
OLD I CAN ONLY SAY SO MUCH, BUT AT LEAST I GET TO
SAY WHAT I CAN. AND SHE IS THERE TO SUPPORT ME.
AS FOR MY OLDEST I CAN GET THE FEED BACK FROM HER AND SHE CAN GIVE ME THE ADVICE THAT I'M LOOKING FOR. AND OF COURSE SHE OR BOTH OF THEM
CAN PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE AND GIVE ME THE BEAR
HUG THAT I NEED. OTHER WISE I CAN'T GET ONE IF I KEEP
IT BOTTLED UP INSIDE ME. SO FIND A FAMILY MEMBER AND
SHARE IT WITH THEM. I KNOW THEY ARE THERE TO GIVE
YOU A SHOULDER TO LEAN ON OR TO CRY ON. IF ALL
FAILS TALK TO A FRIEND, THEY TO WILL GIVE YOU THE SUPPORT YOU NEED. GOOD LUCK. AND STOP BOTTLING
THING UP INSIDE YOU, IT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU. ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU ARE SCARED. ONCE YOU SPEAK
WHAT MAKES YOU MAD OR SAD YOU WILL FEEL AT EASE.

always tell someone your problems, especially your feelings. because it could turn into an anger problem or worse an anxiety problem. so get help. local support groups. your doc, your family, your trust worthy friends. anybody. Just so you'll vent it out of you. But it could be more serious like depression. and also is strains the heart. so its more likely to up your chances of a stroke. I hope this helps. Later

You should definitley confide in a friend. It helps a lot to talk to people. And if it's hard at first, try keeping a journal and writing your feelings down first. But you shouldn't hold your feelings in, it's unhealthy and you will feel better if you talk things out. Good luck!
