What I would do, is contact the store and ask for the number to their corporate office to file a complaint. If they as why...just insist you want the corporate info...Be sure to get names of every person you speak to..Documentation is great..Believe in the old saying "If it isn't documented, it didn't happen" then contact corporate, I bet the store will help when you ask for corporate info..
