my friend likes this guy...?

aperently he asked her out a year ago and she said no but she says she made a mistake and really likes him thats all she ever talks about and i want to give her some advice but i have none any ideas on what she can do because im tired of talking about him all the time!

If you're a friend, try to know if this guy is attached. If not attached, then tell your friend to shut THE HELL UP! Cause he's single, she's single and she likes him. So ask her to go for him! But since she's rejected him once, you have to find out if the guy still has feelings for her.
