I'm 20 yrs old, and have always been, as people call me, rail thin, and this summer I'm a bridesmaid to several weddings that I would like to put some figure into my dresses! I want a natural and healthy diet, that won't take its toll on me years from now... any suggestions?

Build up muscle, because it weighs moore than fat. And eat a lot of protein.

Well, I would suggest eating a lot of meals throughout the day. Keep eating chocolates, sugar, meat, whatever you can find! ;] You'll be gaining weight in no time, if you don't have that fast of a metabolism. Though, if are just naturally thin, just embrace it! I'm sure those dresses could be tailored to make you look wonderful!

I'm going to tell you the same thing I tell my full figured daughter who wished she was thin. Be sure to eat a balanced healthy diet and learn to like the body you've been given.
