i have disable something from my computer by accident
the thing that pops up when connecting any hardware to ur computer that saids"safely remove hardware",
then i select it, and click "properties", and choose the "device usage" to "disable"
that's how i disable it
how do i enable it again?

goto control panel and click on administrative properties and click device manager and find your disabled hardware and right click and click enable

go to control panel and open system then choose hardware and choose device manager and enable the hardware.
but did u disabled a USB hardware connected to Ur PC,"i think this is what happened" then unplug it and connect it again and it will work fine it doesn't need to enable it,it will be enabled automatically.
