In your opinion, what ethnic group has the greatest percentage of "bad" people. I'm talking about the anti-social, stubborn, simple minded ones. I can think of some really bad places in the Balkans, but I thought I'd throw the question out here.

Being half White/Oriental and seeing my Mom attacked both physically and verbally I'd have to say Blacks are the most anti-social and stubborn people. With their "ching-changing" taunts (I had this happen a few time with Whites but the other Whites would step in put a stop to it, but never, ever had any Blacks interfere with this action), their abuse of the English language, their blaiming everyone but themselves (usually Whites but every now and then others), and those so called "good" Blacks who won't call out their bad members it makes me wonder if there is any hope in them?

Are all Blacks bad? No, but they seemed awfully silent when the others were, so my opinion is based purely on my experience and those encountered by my family in my presence. I'm of the opinion that there is no such thing as integration, I just believe people hide their hatred or disliking better than others, and I believe what we see in some ethnic communities is what happens when they are under less influence of other races, this is why the crime rate is so high in Black communities, they are anti-social even to one another yet this is so anti-PC because they want to blame racism, poverty, and self-esteem when they should blame their failed family structures, lack of emphasis on education, and criticism of those who criticize their race but these are just the tips of the iceberg and may not have an answer. You can't fix a problem if you can't admit a problem is there.

any and all people, given the right circumstances.
anti-social behavior and stubbornness is not given to one race.
if it was so, there might never have been slavery, might never even been a north america as we know it, even europe's map would be vastly different if it were so.
stubbornness and 'being' right, regardless, are what has shaped our world. it may not be right, but it is. fact.
[sorry for being stubborn and anti-social {in your eyes maybe}.

Danes have been called all of those...White people in Appalachia are pretty bad from my personal experience (I grew up there and my mother is one of those of whom you speak).

But I seriously don't think ethnicity has any impact on someone because the world is full of asshats and they're of all kinds of races, nationalities and ethnicities.

In Canada it seems like the Aboriginal people are really resistant to bettering their situations. Our government gives them free higher education which, of the course the regular population wouldn't get unless they get scholarships. I know there are lots who are productive, contributing to mainstream society but lots resist it claiming always there are roadblocks to them when the government has done all things possible to make a way for them.

These traits would be the source of a remark we often use in our family---"Don't be so German."
