i meen ive filled out applications about 3 mounths ago and not even a call back

When you apply for a job, if the employer feels that you can feel the post they will call you within one month upon receiving your application. if there is no reply from the prospective employer, then you better start look for other jobs

Move on man. Anything that takes more than a month, is as good as you are not selected.
3 months? Forget it.
Next time, you should try calling them after a week, this at least shows that you are interested & serious about your application.
