Thats pretty vague. Burnt spot on table? Burnt from what? An iron?
A cigarette? Is the table wood? If so, then sand it out. If it is some kind of veneer then sometimes you can clean off most of the mark with an abrasive cleaner, but that might scratch the surface. You might be able to recover it with another sheet of veneer if you know how. Is it an old family heirloom from your wife's great great great grand mother?........ Better buy a tablecloth and blame it on the kids.

sand lightly,and try a colored marker the shade of the table.

sanding the whole top will remove the burn.
