Okay, this is is moot question unless you are trying to look super stylish around the house. In which case go for it.
1. never wear sweats out of the house unless you are dead sick and on the way to the doctor, or you are going to the tanning/nail salon.
2. If it is cold dont wear flip flops. Not to sound like a mom, but you will get sick and being sick just sucks. Put some shoes or uggs on.
3. If you are going to put so much thought in to what you are wearing why don't you just put on some jeans instead of sweats. I have a lot of guy friends who make fun of girls who do their hair and make up and are wearing sweats. It is a complete oxymoron and doesn't make any sense.
However if you must do this wear a white top. Should be long sleeve and thick since it is COLD out. Even if you are not going to head my advice about wearing sweats or PJs out of the house being a fashion sin you should put shoes on. Your pedi will thank you.

this is my area of expertise:
1. roll them down. don't do the whole "roll up" thing. thats out. let them be long and go under your flip flops.
2. for a shirt, definietly wear either a tye-dye t-shirt or a blank, long sleeved thermal (if you need a shirt under the thermal, make it white, gray, or similar)
3. also: if its cold to the point that you need a jacket, wear a "sweat" jacket style. so velvet or valour. dark colors or if you prefer lights, go with something plain like white or gray.
that should do.
oh, and if you choose the tye-dye shirt, be sure to try to wear an eighties style bracelet (like the whole hand made one with the beads and alphabet beads) or a long necklace to complete the look.

wear a white sweatshirt with a pink cami underneath. or a the other way if the pink goes good with the pants(if its a similar shade) or you could even wear a white shirt if you dont want to wear a sweatshirt.

did not they have some thing at Victoria secret that could pick that? I honestly have like 5 pairs of red pants, in spite of the undeniable fact that I positioned on the black pants the most .. i often positioned on different red vs shirts.. yet you would possibly want to positioned on a gentle red blouse (the colour of the writing on the pants) desire this helps even somewhat! & your pants are adorable :)
